1. Using this site
By using seecondo.com you agree to these terms. Browsing is free and requires no account. If you submit an enquiry you agree that we may contact you about it.
2. No advice, no guarantee of accuracy
Information here — prices, sizes, floor levels, facilities, ownership type, availability — is compiled from owners, developers, partner agencies and public sources, and is believed accurate at the time of publication. Property moves fast: a unit can be reserved between your screen and your phone call.
Confirm every material fact in writing before you commit money. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, investment or valuation advice.
3. Our role
Where we act as agent, we do so under a separate written agency agreement with the owner or the buyer/tenant. These terms do not create an agency relationship between you and us, and no commission is payable to us by a visitor merely for using the site.
4. Your conduct
You agree not to: submit false enquiries; use the site to harvest contact details; systematically scrape or bulk-download our content; attempt to gain unauthorised access; or upload anything unlawful through our forms.
5. Listing data, photographs and third-party rights
Photographs of units we represent are taken by us or supplied to us by the owner, and are published with permission. Photographs and project facts compiled from public sources remain the property of their original rights holders; we publish the factual data about buildings (which is not itself copyrightable) and we do not claim ownership of third-party images.
Takedown. If you are a rights holder and believe a photograph, description or other content on this site infringes your rights or is inaccurate, email hello@seecondo.com with the listing reference (shown on every unit page) and a description of the problem. We remove or correct content promptly — as a rule within one working day of a valid request — and we do not require a court order to do it.
Owners and agencies: if you would rather your inventory were not shown here, tell us and it comes down. We would rather have a smaller catalogue and good relationships than the reverse.
6. Intellectual property in this site
The SeeCondo name, logo, layout, code and the compilation and presentation of the database are ours. You may link to any page and share individual listings. You may not republish the database, in whole or in substantial part, without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from any transaction you enter into with a third party you met through it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published here; material changes will be announced on the site.
