1. Who we are

SeeCondo (seecondo.com) is a condominium marketplace operated as a real-estate agency in Thailand. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What we collect

Only what you give us, plus the minimum needed to operate:

• Enquiries. Your name, and whichever of phone / LINE ID / email you choose to provide, plus your message. You must give at least one contact channel — we cannot reply to nothing.
• Technical. For each enquiry we record your IP address and browser user agent, and the listing you were looking at. This is fraud and spam prevention, not profiling.
• Saved searches. Your email address and the filter criteria you were viewing, so we can notify you about matching units.
• Interaction counts. Aggregate clicks on contact buttons, so we know which inventory earns its place. Suspected automated traffic is flagged, not deleted.

We do not run third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The site works fully without JavaScript beyond the filter controls.

3. Why, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and arrange viewings — necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To send saved-search alerts — your consent, given by double opt-in and withdrawable in one click.
• To prevent spam and fraud — our legitimate interest in operating the service.
• To meet accounting and agency-licensing record obligations — legal obligation.

4. Who sees it

Our own agency staff, and no one else. We do not sell, rent or share your enquiry with third parties, other developers, or other agencies. If we introduce you to a mortgage broker or a lawyer, we ask you first.

Infrastructure providers (hosting, transactional email) process data on our instructions under contract. Listing photographs are stored on our own servers.

5. How long

Enquiries are kept for the duration of the transaction plus the period required by Thai accounting and agency law, then deleted. Unconfirmed saved searches are expired automatically. You may ask us to delete earlier at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email us and we will respond within the statutory period.

You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (คณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล).

7. Listing data about third parties

Project facts (developer, unit counts, facilities) are published about buildings, not about individuals. We do not publish owner names or contact details. If you believe information about you or your property is inaccurate or published without a lawful basis, contact us and we will correct or remove it.

8. Children

This service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
