SeeCondo is a condominium marketplace for Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, run by people who actually do the viewings.

Most Thai property portals optimise for listing volume: whoever pays the most gets the top of the page, duplicate ads for the same room appear three times, and a third of the inventory is already sold. That is fine for a portal. It is useless for someone trying to find a home.

We do the opposite. Every unit on this site has been through our own team — the photos are of the actual room, the price is the price we were quoted, and when a unit sells we take it down instead of leaving it up as bait.

• The photos show the unit you would actually rent or buy, not the show suite from the sales gallery.
• Price, size, floor and building are confirmed against the title documents or the owner.

Units we cannot confirm are still listed, because a buyer benefits from seeing the whole market, but they carry no verified badge. We would rather show you less certainty honestly than more certainty falsely.

เราหารายได้อย่างไร

Commission on deals we close, as a licensed agency. Listing on SeeCondo is free for owners, and browsing is free for everyone. We do not sell your enquiry to third parties and we do not accept payment to rank a unit above another.

ข้อมูลของเรามาจากไหน

Project facts (developer, unit counts, land area, facilities) are compiled from public developer material and our own site visits, and are corrected whenever an owner or a juristic office tells us something is wrong. Unit availability comes from owners, from partner agencies, and from public listings we monitor.
